COOKIE NOTICE

Last updated February 03, 2026

This Cookie Notice describes how GoSec Cloud OÜ ("Company", "we", "us" and "our") uses cookies and similar technologies to recognize you when you visit our website at https://www.gosec.cloud ("Website"). Reading this information will help you understand what these technologies are, why we use them, and what rights you have to control their use.

Cookies can be used to collect personal data or information that, combined with other information, can become personal data. Data is personal if it is capable of identifying an individual.

What are Cookies?

Cookies are small files that are stored on your device when you visit a website. Website operators use them to make their websites functional, more attractive and efficient, and to obtain (statistical) usage analyses.

Cookies set by the website operator (in this case GoSec Cloud OÜ) are called "first-party cookies". Cookies set by parties other than the website operator are called "third-party cookies". Third-party cookies enable the provision of third-party functionalities on or through the website (e.g. advertising, interactive content and analytics). Third parties can use third-party cookies to recognize your device both when visiting the relevant website and when visiting certain other websites.

Why do we use Cookies?

We use first-party and third-party cookies for various reasons. Some cookies are required for technical reasons for our website to function, and we refer to these as "essential" or "strictly necessary" cookies. Other cookies also enable us to infer the interests of our users and target them specifically to provide them with more relevant content, especially advertising. Third parties place cookies on our website for advertising, analytics and other purposes. This is described in more detail below.

How can I control Cookies?

You have the right to decide whether to accept or reject the setting of cookies. In the Cookie Consent Manager, you can set your preferences on your first visit and change them at any time. The Cookie Consent Manager allows you to allow or deselect individual categories of cookies. "Necessary" cookies cannot be rejected as they are absolutely necessary to provide you with a functional website.

The Cookie Consent Manager can be found in the notification banner and on our website. If you choose to reject cookies, you can still use our website, although your access to some features and areas of our website may be restricted. You can also set or change your web browser to accept or reject cookies.

The specific types of first-party and third-party cookies used on our website and their purposes are described in the table below (please note that the specific cookies used may vary depending on the specific content and websites you visit):

Unclassified Cookies:

These are cookies that have not yet been categorized. We are in the process of classifying these cookies with the help of their providers.

How can I control Cookies in my browser?

As the means by which you can refuse cookies through your web browser controls vary from browser to browser, you should visit your browser's help menu for more information. Below is information on how to manage cookies in the most common browsers:

In addition, most advertising networks offer you the option to opt out of personalized advertising. For more information, visit:

What about other tracking technologies like web beacons?

Cookies are not the only way to recognize and track visitors to a website. We may use other similar technologies from time to time, such as web beacons (sometimes called "tracking pixels" or "clear gifs"). These are tiny graphics files that contain a unique identifier that enables us to recognize when someone has visited our website or opened an email containing them. This allows us, for example, to identify patterns of how users navigate within a page, deliver or communicate with cookies, determine whether you came to the website via an advertisement displayed on a third-party website, improve website performance and measure the success of email marketing campaigns. In many cases, these technologies rely on cookies to function properly, so declining cookies will impair their functionality.

Do you use Flash cookies or Local Shared Objects?

Websites may also use so-called "Flash cookies" (also known as Local Shared Objects or "LSOs") to, among other things, collect and store information about your use of our services, prevent fraud and use other website features.

If you do not want Flash cookies to be stored on your computer, you can adjust your Flash Player settings to block the storage of Flash cookies using the tools in the Website Storage Settings Panel. You can also control Flash cookies by accessing the Global Storage Settings Panel and following the instructions (which may explain, for example, how to delete existing Flash cookies (referred to as "information" on the Macromedia website), how to prevent Flash LSOs from being placed on your computer without being asked, and (for Flash Player 8 and later) how to block Flash cookies that are not provided by the operator of the page you are currently on).

Please note that setting your Flash Player to restrict or limit the acceptance of Flash cookies may reduce or impair the functionality of some Flash applications, including potentially Flash applications used in connection with our services or online content.

Do you serve targeted advertising?

Third parties may place cookies on your computer or mobile device to serve advertising through our website. These companies may use information about your visits to this and other websites to provide you with relevant advertisements for goods and services you may be interested in. They may also use technologies to measure the effectiveness of advertising. This may be done by using cookies or web beacons to collect information about your visits to this and other websites, infer your supposed interests and serve you relevant advertising for goods and services. The information collected in this way does not allow us or the providers to determine your name, contact details or other information that directly identifies you, unless you voluntarily provide it.

How often will you update this Cookie Notice?

We may update this Cookie Notice from time to time to reflect, for example, changes to the cookies we use or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. To get an up-to-date picture of our use of cookies and related technologies, please read this Cookie Notice.

The date at the beginning of this Cookie Notice is the date of the last update.
